However in recent years, athletes and trainers have started to harness the power of essential oils for exercise and improving sport performance. And there is a growing body of research showing the efficacy of essential oils in helping athletes of all ages and stages improve mood, reduce tension, boost energy, and accelerate recovery.
Below you can find some athlete and exercising favorites - from my own kids to professional athletes.
