Here is the basic flow that you should use when launching a new builder.
Each step has options based on your preferences and your new builder's needs.

These are your getting started points.
If they are more on a sharer level - start with Share the Oily Love.
If they know they want to do the business - start with Starting Your Business Successfully.
2Business Builder Guide or Next Steps for Building Success or Oil Games
If they want long-term success, I recommend the Business Builder Guide training - it's more comprehensive and will set them up for duplication.
If they want to start fast, you can run them through Next Steps for Building Success - but there WILL be holes you will have to train on later (likely using the BBG).
If they want to go fast + want accountability - Oil Games is a great option.
3Additional Training
The monthly Empowered Success training is recommended for everyone.
