This course takes about an hour to complete (+ some tasks that will take longer) and walks someone through the first steps to earning and building:

• Online Business Overview video to watch (also shareable)
• Overview of Loyalty Rewards Program and how to set up a template
• Setting up doTERRA website
• Direct Deposit
• Resources (Facebook Groups, Books, Class in a Box)
• Registration for Business Builder Guide Training (also listed below)
• EnrollPro (set up free account and import names list)
• Back Office Training (Dashboard, Detailed Genealogy and Commissions)
• Strengths Finder (link to take assessment)

This is a basic "next steps" for someone who won't do the Business Builder Guide Training. *The BBG is the recommended route because it is comprehensive and duplicatable - so it sets new builders up for success that will be longer lasting.* This course gives them basic scripts and resources, though, so it's good to share alongside the BBG training, it includes:

• Registration for either Daily Mentor Calls/Oil Games or BBG Training (I recommend BBG, unless someone desires to have the accountability of the DMC/Oil Games)
• Effective Sampling (names list, how to contact, how to sample)
• Effective Inviting (how to invite)
• Essential Oils Made Easy Class Materials (overview, script, how to close, how to do a basic business intro at the end)
• Wellness Consultations (how to do + online option)
• Continuing Education (EHW Wellness Education Series registration)
• Growing Faster (referrals and prospect calls, Earning Essentials video to share)

This training is FREE and is GOLD. It is about 5 hours of video trainings + tasks along the way. All of the videos and tasks are income-relevant. This is my recommendation for every builder to work through. If they complete the "Starting Your Business Successfully" course above, I gift them the BBG (found in your ordering site) and the training is free from doTERRA. It walks them through:

• PIPES (Prepare - Invite - Present - Enroll - Support)
• Finding Builders
• Leading a Team
• Personal Development

• Week 1 = Welcome + Prepare (schedule their first 2-3 classes that you will teach for and with them for Week 3)
• Week 2 = Invite (invite for classes happening in Week 3)
• Week 3 = Present + Enroll (Class 1 = you teach/they watch; Class 2 = you teach half/they teach half; Class 3 = flip halves; Class 4 = they teach/you watch; Class 5+ - they teach/you check in)
• Week 4 = Support
• Week 5 = Find Builders
• Week 6 = Personal Development + Conclusion

This is best for people who want to move fast, or who desire the accountability to keep them on track (so you aren't having to do that). They will start with Reach Elite - then work their way through. It's intense - but it IS effective.
